Here in San Francisco we are right in the middle of the heat of Summer.  (If you live in this area you know the absurdity of that statement.)  For many the summer is a time of vacation and fun, a time to get reacquainted with the ones we love, and a time to rest and to play. For us in the Church we also take the time to get reacquainted with one another and remember the stories of our faith. And we remember that we have always been and always will be on a journey.  And we remember that God has and always will be along side of us. It is our prayer that wherever you are on your spiritual journey you too will witness God's abiding presence on your path and that you will find Dolores Street Baptist Church a welcoming traveling companion on that road.
